Private sellers (particuliere verkopers) still pay a real commission, a fixed order fee, and a regulatory fee on every sale. The commission is calculated on the total amount of the sale (item price, postage, and any applicable tax). Most categories charge their listed rate on the first €990 of the sale, then 2% on the remainder, though several electronics-related categories use a lower €200–€300 threshold instead.

Note the two highlighted rows above: Household Appliances and general Electronics Devices sit under the same "Elektronische apparaten" page heading on eBay's own fee page, but they are charged at genuinely different rates, 11% versus 6.5%. A Basiswinkel, Topwinkel, or Topwinkel Plus subscription increases your monthly free-listing allowance and lowers your per-extra-listing fee, but it does not lower your final value fee. eBay states plainly that transaction costs are the same for sellers with or without a Winkel subscription, which is why Winkel level is not a field in this calculator.
