Like Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, and Belgium, eBay Poland has not adopted a free-selling policy for private sellers. Private sellers (sprzedawcy prywatni) still pay a real commission, a fixed order fee, and a regulatory fee on every sale. Business sellers (sprzedawcy-firmy) pay a category-based commission plus their own fixed fee and regulatory fee schedule. The commission is calculated on the total amount of the sale (item price, postage, and any applicable tax). Most categories charge their listed rate on the first 4,600 zł of the sale, then 2% on the remainder, though several electronics-related categories use a lower 900–1,400 zł threshold instead.

Note the two highlighted rows above: Household Appliances (AGD) and general Electronics Devices sit under the same electronics heading on eBay's Polish fee page, but they are charged at genuinely different rates, 11% versus 6.5%, both sharing the same 1,400 zł threshold. This calculator treats them as separate categories so the difference isn't lost.
Fixed per-order fee of 1.35 zł (orders of 45 zł or less) or 1.90 zł (orders over 45 zł) applies on top of the percentage shown, for every category. Rates shown are excluding VAT (podatek VAT); eBay adds VAT separately.

A Mały Sklep, Duży Sklep, or Megasklep subscription increases your monthly free-listing allowance and lowers your per-extra-listing fee, but it does not lower your final value fee. On every tier, the commission row simply reads "zależnie od kategorii" (depends on category), linking to the same category-fee table used by non-Shop sellers, which is why Shop level is not a field in this calculator.

No Top Rated discount: official eBay Poland fee pages document no separate percentage discount for Najlepszy Sprzedawca (Top Rated) status. This is a genuine difference from Germany and Austria, where a top-tier Shop subscription combined with Top Rated status does cut fees. On eBay.pl, Top Rated status is only mentioned as an exemption from the Below Standard penalty below, not as a discount mechanic in its own right, which is why Top Rated is not offered as a Seller Level option in this calculator.
Nie spełnia standardów (Below Standard): sellers rated below eBay's minimum performance level pay an extra 6 percentage points of commission on the following month's sales, on the total sale amount. eBay's own example: a commission of 11% plus the per-order fee becomes 17% plus the per-order fee. After 4 or more consecutive months rated Nie spełnia standardów, this rises to 7 extra points, which this calculator does not model. Sellers rated Przekracza standardy (Above Standard) or Najlepszy Sprzedawca eBay are exempt.
